You need to have Java Runtime Environment configured in this computer to see GP4 files in your browser.

Make sure the following steps are performed (only once)

1. Go to the settings of your Java Plug in :
   
   - in Windows go to START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL, JAVA Plug-in Control Panel
   
2. in the BASIC category check the ENABLE JAVA PUBLIG-IN
   
3. in the ADVANCED category select JRE 1.4.0_02 or higher
   
4. in the BROWSER category select the browser you are using to view this page
   
5. in the CACHE category click on the CLEAR CACHE and then click YES
   
6. Click in the APPLY button and the Close the window
   
7. Close all the browser windows and retry the operation.
